TATTOO MACHINES
These are my Patent No.: US 12,144,952 B1 Rotary Tattoo Machines which utilize my 2 piece Armature Bar design with interchangeable dampening springs.
This concept started in 2019, driven by the attempt to combine positive attributes of both rotary and coil machines. The consistency of a rotary machine combined with the “give or bog” of a coil machine.

This design uses a unique 2 piece Armature Bar dampening system, giving this rotary machine a very similar feel to that of a coil machine.....fully tunable to preference by way of interchangeable spring thicknesses affecting the amount of force needed to actuate this dampening action.
My intentions were to design a consistent tool that still retained a traditional-esque feel and sound of a coil/relay machine. The positive feel in the skin that a coil machine provides has always been my preference. However the consistency of a rotary driven machine is difficult to dispute. This design provides a give/bog as the needle strikes the skin, much like a coil machine; the give/bog has always worked well for me. The “perfect punch” we all are looking for, with all the reliability and efficiency that a rotary driven machine is known for; Spinning exactly the same, every time. That consistency paired with the ability to dampen/slow down the needle speed as it comes in contact with the skin. Hence giving it more time to deposit pigment, making it highly efficient.
